BRICS Entrepreneurship Alliance (BEA) India Association / BRICS Entrepreneurs Alliance India (“BEA India”/“BEA”) operates as an institutional platform for facilitating entrepreneurship, trade, investment, collaboration, policy dialogue and business engagement across BRICS+ countries. No person connected with BEA India is authorised to make any commitment, representation, assurance, financial demand, commercial arrangement, appointment, endorsement or binding statement on behalf of BEA India, unless expressly approved in writing by BEA India through its authorised signatory/competent authority and communicated through official BEA India channels. Any personal dealing, private communication, financial transaction, commercial negotiation, assurance, undertaking or arrangement entered into by any individual in their personal capacity or outside the formally approved framework of BEA India, shall be solely at the risk and responsibility of such individual and the concerned third party. BEA India shall not be liable for any loss, claim, dispute, damage or consequence arising from such unauthorised or personal dealings.

The use of BEA India’s name, logo, designation, letterhead, website, email domain, membership status, or any official title of any individual, shall not, by itself, create any authority to bind or represent BEA India. All stakeholders are advised to verify the authority of any person claiming to act for or on behalf of BEA India through official BEA India channels before relying on any representation, proposal, invitation, payment request or commercial arrangement. No payment, fee, donation, sponsorship amount, registration amount, membership fee, facilitation charge or other financial contribution should be made to any individual or personal bank account unless specifically authorised and notified by BEA India through its official website, official email, invoice, receipt or written communication. BEA India shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons or accounts.

Any misuse of BEA India’s name, logo, goodwill, designation, institutional identity, membership status or platform for personal gain, unauthorised representation, misrepresentation, inducement, solicitation or financial dealing shall be treated seriously and BEA India reserves the right to take appropriate civil, criminal, disciplinary and/or regulatory action against the person(s) concerned, as may be available under applicable law.
