Continuing the development of the Alliance’s institutional architecture, the first meeting of the Global Council marked BEA’s transition toward a fully structured model of international governance, establishing the Organization at a global institutional level.
The meeting brought together representatives from key BRICS+ countries where National Chapters have already been established: Russia, India, and Brazil. It became the first working coordination format between National Chapters within the framework of the global Organization.
National Chapter representatives signed the Framework Agreement, formally establishing the Alliance as a multilateral platform with a unified global governance model built through national structures.
At its first session, the Global Council adopted the Charter and the Code of Ethics. The Code establishes standards of integrity, transparency, and service to society, creating a unified environment of trust as a core principle of interaction between entrepreneurs.

For 2026, the position was assigned to the representative of the chair country, respected Dr. Bhaskar J Sonowal, CEO & Executive Director, BEA-India. At the same time, Boris Tarasov, co-founder of the Entrepreneurs Alliance and Vice President of BEA Russian National Chapter, was appointed Secretary General Global of the Alliance for a three-year term, responsible for coordination and monitoring decisions implementation.
In addition, the foundation was established for the development of the Alliance’s committee structure, including specialized areas of international cooperation, enabling more focused sectoral and project-based work between countries.
The decisions adopted form the foundation for the further expansion of the BRICS Entrepreneurs Alliance as a global platform capable of providing not only dialogue, but also sustainable mechanisms of cooperation between entrepreneurs across the BRICS+ space.
