A working group session of the BRICS Entrepreneurs Alliance was held in New Delhi with the participation of more than 30 Indian entrepreneurs. The meeting focused on the development of the Alliance in India and practical formats for business cooperation.
Representatives of the Russian and Indian Chapters of the Alliance met with entrepreneurs from a wide range of sectors, including IT, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, preventive medicine, HR services, seafood and fisheries, and textiles. The diversity of industries provided a broad basis for discussion on cross sector and cross border cooperation. During the session, Indian entrepreneurs presented their companies and business profiles. Representatives of the Alliance outlined the Alliance’s mission, objectives, and key opportunities for members, as well as strategic plans for 2026. Particular attention was given to the creation of a trusted business environment and tools to support partner search and market entry.
The discussion was active and substantive. A separate focus was placed on the criteria for the register of reliable entrepreneurs, which generated strong engagement and practical feedback from participants. Many participants expressed clear interest in joining the Brics Entrepreneurs Alliance and confirmed their readiness to participate in further working groups and joint initiatives.
